(EIPD) The Market Participants All Concerned SUBJECT Implementation of the Requirements of the New General Information Sheet (GIS), SEC Memorandum Circular No. 17 (2018) Quoted below is the resolution from the Minutes of the Commission Meeting held on 26 February 2019 which reads: cSEDTC " RESOLVED , To DEFER the submission of the new General Information Sheet (GIS) containing the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure page to 30 June 2019.
