June 19, 2012 SEC-IPSD ORDER NO. 052-12 IN THE MATTER OF ANVIRO FINANCING CORPORATION ORDER OF REVOCATION The records on file with this Commission show that Anviro Financing Corporation failed to comply with the reportorial and other requirements of the Financing Company Act of 1998 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations and to pay the annual fees for 2005 up to present and the maximum penalty of One Hundred thousand Pesos (Php100,000.00). Pursuant to an Order of Suspension issued by the Commission on 20 September 2011, the company's Certificate of Authority (CA) to Operate a Financing Company was suspended for a period of sixty (60) days or until it complies with said reportorial and other requirements and paid the annual fees and penalty. Records on file with this Commission show that the Order of Suspension was received by the company, as well as its directors/officers, on 4 & 5 October 2011 and therefore had until 05 December 2011 within which to comply, otherwise, proceedings for revocation of CA shall be initiated. Pursuant to the resolution of the Commission in its meeting on 07 June 2012, the company's Certificate of Authority to Operate a Financing Company is hereby REVOKED. Let a Copy of this Order be sent to the principal address of the company, the City Hall of Manila, and posted in the Commission's official website for the information and guidance of the public.
