August 6, 2012 SEC-IPSD FC ORDER NO. 099-12 IN THE MATTER OF J.M.D. MICRO FINANCE CO.,INC. ORDER OF REVOCATION The records on file with this Commission show that J.M.D. Micro Finance Co., Inc. failed to comply with the reportorial and other requirements of the Financing Company Act of 1998 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations and to pay the annual fees for 2006 up to present and the corresponding penalties for said violations. Based on the ocular inspection/on-site audit conducted by an SEC Specialist on 02 March 2012 in the principal office of the company at B2 L32, Cherryville Subdivision, Taytay, Rizal, the company is no longer in operation. Said address is a residential house being occupied by Ms. Donna Paulino (Ms. Paulino),one of the company's incorporators. The said residence was vacant and inquiry with a neighbor, a postman and the president of the homeowners' association in the area disclosed that they are not aware of any financing/lending activity of the company or Ms. Paulino and the latter, who seldom show up in the said house, is engaged in buying and selling of cars. Pursuant to the resolution of the Commission in its meeting on 26 July 2012, the company's Certificate of Authority (CA) to operate as a financing company is hereby REVOKED. Let a Copy of this Order be sent to the principal address of the company and posted in the Commission's official website for the information and guidance of the public. SO ORDERED.
