July 17, 2012 SEC-IPSD FC ORDER NO. 085-12 IN THE MATTER OF PRIME PESO FINANCING CO.,INC. ORDER OF REVOCATION The records on file with this Commission show that Prime Peso Financing Co., Inc. failed to comply with the reportorial and other requirements of the Financing Company Act of 1998 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations and to pay the annual fees for 2007 up to present and the corresponding penalties for said violations. Based on the ocular inspection conducted by an SEC Specialist on 02 February 2012 in the principal office of the company at San Juan, Batangas, the company is no longer in operation. The address where the company was supposed to be holding office is now being occupied by another business enterprise called Per-Son Eatery. The owner of the said enterprise informed the SEC specialist that the company stopped occupying the space several years ago and transferred to two (2) nearby commercial spaces before it eventually ceased operations. Pursuant to the resolution of the Commission in its meeting on 28 June 2012, the company's Certificate of Authority to Operate a Financing Company is hereby REVOKED. Let a Copy of this Order be sent to the principal address of the company and posted in the Commission's official website for the information and guidance of the public. SO ORDERED.
