March 12, 2020 ECONOMIC RESEARCH AND TRAINING DEPARTMENT FOR : All SEC Certification Examinations Registered Examinees and Applicants SUBJECT : Cancellation of All Scheduled SEC Certification Examinations NOTICE Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 922 dated March 8, 2020 declaring a State of Public Health Emergency throughout the country, and to prevent further transmission of the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) cancels the conduct of all scheduled SEC Certification Examinations in the SEC Head Office and in the provinces until further notice. Announcement on the new schedules and related details will be posted on the SEC website and social media accounts.
