SEC Certification Examinations 1st Quarter 2021 Schedule at the Main Office and Application Procedure

January 4, 2021 ECONOMIC RESEARCH AND TRAINING DEPARTMENT TO : All SEC Certification Examinations Applicants SUBJECT : SEC Certification Examinations 1st Quarter 2021 Schedule at the Main Office and Application Procedure NOTICE In compliance with public health standards for the mitigation of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), the following are the 1st quarter 2021 schedule, application process and payment options for the SEC Certification Examinations. I. Examination Schedule for 1st Quarter 2021 Dates : January 18, 20, 22, 25, 27 and 29 February 1, 3, 5, 8, 10, 15, 17, 19, 22, 24 and 26 March 1, 3, 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 17, 19, 22, 24, 26, and 29 Time : 10:00 am-1:00 pm Venue : SEC Examination Room 3/F Breezeway, Secretariat Building, PICC Complex, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City II. Examination Application by Email 1. Click here to download the Application Form . 2. The duly accomplished and signed Application Form, together with a scanned copy of one valid identification (ID) card (company or any government-issued), should be submitted through electronic mail to [emailprotected] at least 10 working days prior to the preferred examination date. 3. The Application Form should be in Portable Document Format (PDF). The use of electronic signature and ID picture taken through photo maker applications is acceptable. 4. Applicants will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. The schedules will be closed once all available slots are filled. 5. If any of the preferred examination dates is available, the applicant will receive a notification email from [emailprotected], with attached Application Receipt confirming the examination date, Payment Assessment Form (PAF) and SEC Certification Examinations Guidelines . Applicants from the provinces are advised to wait for this email before booking their travel. 6. If none of the preferred examination dates is available, the applicant will receive a notification email from [emailprotected] on alternative examination dates that he/she may choose from. Upon receipt of the applicant's reply, the application will proceed as indicated in Item 5. III. Examination Fee Payment Options The examination fee is PhP500.00 per applicant per schedule. Applicants may present the PAF and pay the examination fee through any of the following options: 1. SEC Main Office in PICC Complex, Pasay City Payment may be done on the date of examination. However, the applicant must arrive at least one (1) hour prior to the start of the examination for the processing of payment. Open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday. 2. SEC Office in Ortigas, EDSA, Mandaluyong City Payment must be done at least a day prior to the scheduled date of examination. Open from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday. 3. Any LandBank Branch (Over-the-Counter) Payment must be done at least a day prior to the scheduled date of examination. The SEC LandBank account details will be sent to successfully registered applicants, and the validated deposit slip will serve as the proof of payment. Click here for the LandBank branch locator . On the day of the examination, the applicants should bring the SEC Official Receipt or validated LandBank deposit slip, and comply with the other requirements indicated in the SEC Certification Examinations Guidelines . The schedule is subject to change in compliance with applicable public health guidelines that may take effect within the 1st quarter of 2021.
