2010 ENFORCEMENT AND PROSECUTION DEPARTMENT * SEC WARNING The Securities and Exchange Commission has received complaints that the following securities are being offered, sold or distributed in the Philippines by some foreign and/or local financial advisors claiming to be connected with, or acting for and on behalf of foreign corporations, without the necessary license or permit from this Commission as required by law. Based on the records at hand, the following securities are not registered with the Commission: 1. ING (L) Invest Emerging Markets 2. ING China Access Fund 3. JF EUR (JP Morgan Funds) 4. JF ASEAN (JP Morgan Funds) 5. Baring Hong Kong China EUR 6. First State China Growth I 7. JP Morgan Series II JF 8. LM-ICPAIF LM-Institutional Currency Protected Australian Income Fund The public is hereby advised to refrain from entering into any contract of sale, transfer or conveyance of the aforementioned securities because their sale, offer to sell and distribution are strictly prohibited by law. The Commission urges anyone who has knowledge or information about any business transaction involving those securities to report such activity immediately to the undersigned so the appropriate measures can be taken.
