LIFTING OF THE ORDER OF REVOCATION OF THE CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION O R D E R Petitioner WALK WITH JESUS MINISTRY, INC. is an independent religious corporation registered with the Commission on April 17, 1991 in accordance with Section 116 of the Corporation Code. It has its principal office in Abangan Sur, Marilao, Bulacan. ETDSAc On September 29, 2003, Petitioner's Certificate of Registration No. 189427 was revoked by virtue of an Order dated August 20, 2003, which was published on August 28, 2003, for non-compliance with the Commission's reportorial requirements. Petitioner now prays for the lifting of the said Order of Revocation on the ground that the corporation is in actual operation and continuously carrying out the purpose for which it was incorporated and that it needs the certificate of registration for its legal existence. As proof of its operation, Petitioner submitted the following: 1) Mayor's Permit/Business Permit for the calendar year 2007, issued on April 27, 2008 by the Office of the Mayor, Municipality of Marilao; 2) Minutes of Board Meetings held on the following dates: December 17, 2006; November 12, 2006; August 27, 2006; August 20, 2006; July 16, 2006; June 25, 2006; May 14, 2006; April 16, 2006; February 19, 2006; February 5, 2006; January 15, 2006; 3) Financial Statement (FS) for the fiscal year 2006. Petitioner further alleges that it has no intention to violate the law and henceforth, commits to comply with the rules and regulations of the Commission regarding the submission of reports. It also paid in full the penalty of Ten Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P10,500.00), as evidenced by Official Receipt No. 0120643, which amount was assessed by the Law and Regulation Division of the Company Registration and Monitoring Department (CRMD). Accordingly, petitioner is hereby directed to submit its Mayor's/Business Permit for 2009 within thirty (30) days from receipt of this Order. Failure on the part of the Petitioner to comply with this directive shall cause the recall of this directive. Petitioner is further informed that all future Financial Statements to be filed with the Commission must be stamped "received" by the Bureau of Internal Revenue. WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Order of the Commission dated August 20, 2003, revoking the Certificate of Registration of WALK WITH JESUS MINISTRY, INC. is hereby SET ASIDE. cCTIaS Let a copy of this Order be furnished the Company Registration and Monitoring Department (CRMD) for implementation and attachment to the corporate records of petitioner on file with the Commission.
