FOR : Setting Aside of Revocation Order O R D E R Petitioner WAY TRUTH LIFE MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL, INC. is a non-stock corporation registered with the Commission on 03 December 1993 as an independent religious organization to administer its affairs, properties and temporalities. Its principal office is located at Room 203 Deta Building, Roces Avenue, Quezon City. STHDAc On 03 November 2003, petitioner's Certificate of Registration No. AN093-005053 was revoked by virtue of SEC Order dated 30 September 2003 for non-compliance with the Commission's reportorial requirement. The said order was published in a newspaper of general circulation on 04 October 2003. Petitioner seeks reconsideration of the Order revoking petitioner's registration based on the following grounds: l. Petitioner has been existing since its incorporation and has been proclaiming the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, through its weekly services, prayer fellowships, bible studies, Sunday school and outreach activities; 2. Petitioner continues its endeavor of maintaining and conducting religious activities as well as extending material assistance and social services to people in need poverty stricken and in suffering in all parts of the Philippines; and 3. The trustees of Petitioner continues to hold meetings with respect to the implementation of year-round outreach programs and religious activities. As proof of its continued operation, petitioner submitted copies of the following: l. 2006 Annual Income Tax Return; AICHaS 2. Contract of Lease entered into by Armand Contreras and Sally Ladignon, authorized representative of petitioner, covering the period beginning on 01 April 2006 until 01 April 2007 and its renewal for 01 April 2007 to 01 April 2008; 3. Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 2006; and 4. Various Minutes of Meeting. Petitioner further alleges that it has no intention to violate the law and henceforth, commits to comply with the rules and regulations of the Commission regarding the submission of reports. As a matter of fact, petitioner already paid the penalty in the amount of FORTY FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (Php44,250.00) on 28 November 2007 as evidenced by Official Receipt No. 0119284. aECTcA WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Order of the Commission dated 30 September 2003 revoking the Certificate of Registration of WAY TRUTH LIFE MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL, INC. is hereby SET ASIDE.
