FOR: LIFTING OF THE ORDER OF REVOCATION O R D E R Petitioner RT SQUARE REALTY, INC. is a stock corporation registered with the Commission on March 16, 1987 and engaged primarily in the business of home building and development. It has its principal office address at 50 Van Buren St., North Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila. THaDAE On September 29, 2003, Petitioner's Certificate of Registration No. 139038 was revoked for non-compliance with the Commission's reportorial requirements, pursuant to the Order of Revocation dated August 20, 2003 which was published in the Philippine Daily Inquirer on August 28, 2003. Petitioner now prays for the lifting of said Order of Revocation based on the ground that it has been in continuous operation since March 1988 and it needs to maintain its registration with the Commission to carry out its objectives, functions and activities. ScaATD In support of its Petition, Petitioner submitted the following documents as proof of its continued operation: a) 2004 to 2006 Annual and Quarterly Income Tax Returns stamped received by China Banking Corporation; b) 2007 Mayor's Permit; c) Transfer Certificates of Title Nos. 807-R and 808-R in the name of Petitioner; d) 2007 General Information Sheet; and e) 2006 Audited Financial Statements. ScAHTI Petitioner further alleges that it has no intention to violate the law and henceforth, commits to comply with the rules and regulations of the Commission regarding the submission of reports. It has also actually paid in full the penalty in the total amount of Fifty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (P54,800.00) as assessed by the Law and Regulation Division of the Company Registration and Monitoring Department and evidenced by Official Receipt Number 0102263 dated October 3, 2007. WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Order of the Commission dated August 20, 2003 revoking the Certificate of Registration of RT Square Realty, Inc. is hereby SET ASIDE. Let a copy of this Order be furnished the Company Registration and Monitoring Department (CRMD), Law and Regulation Division, and the Economic Research and Information Department (ERID) of this Commission for their appropriate action.
