RE: SETTING ASIDE ORDER OF REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION O R D E R Petitioner, PAGKAKAISA NG MGA KABABAIHAN PARA SA KAUNLARANG ITATAGUYOD SA NUEVA ECIJA, INC., is a non-stock corporation registered with the Commission on October 8, 1992 under SEC Registration No. ANO92-004078, with principal office address at Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, organized for establishing, managing and operating livelihood facilities for its members, as stated in its Articles of Incorporation. cADSCT On September 20, 2003, its Certificate of Registration was revoked by virtue of SEC Order dated November 3, 2003 which was published on October 4, 2003 in the Philippine Daily Inquirer for non-filing of reports. Petitioner now prays for the setting aside of the Order of Revocation dated November 3, 2003, on the ground that it is in continuous operation through various community services. In support of its Petition, Petitioner submitted the following documents: 1 1. Trustees' Certificate dated May 5, 2008 certifying that at the special joint meeting of members and trustees held on the January 15, 2007, in Cabanatuan City at which quorum was present, the resolution allowing the filing of Petition to Set Aside Order of Revocation was approved unanimously; 2. Copy of the Minutes of Meeting held on April 15, 2008 at Cabanatuan City, signed and prepared by the Secretary of Petitioner; 3. Copy of Certificate of Registration No. 4RC0000360405 dated April 2, 2008, signed by Revenue District Officer, Revenue District No. 023, Revenue Region No. 004, Bureau of Internal Revenue; 4. Copy of 2008 Mayor's Permit, Zaragoza, Nueva Ecija; 5. Photocopy of ITR for the year 2007, received by the Bureau of Internal Revenue on April 15, 2008; and CSHcDT 6. Photographs of various activities conducted and sponsored by Petitioner on various dates from 1997-2007 in different barangays in Nueva Ecija. Petitioner submitted its 2008 General Information Sheet and 2007 Financial Statements to prove its intention to continue its registration with the Commission. It also manifested that it has no intention to violate the law and it commits to immediately pay the fines due. On September 2, 2008, the Petitioner paid the fine of PhP40,750.00 under O.R. No. 0205171, for non/late filing/registration of the following, on the years indicated hereunder: REQUIREMENTS NOT FILED FILED LATE General Information Sheet 1996-2007 Financial Statements 1996-2006 2007 Membership Book Registered Late WHEREFORE, finding the Petition meritorious, the Order of the Commission dated November 3, 2003, revoking the Certificate of Registration of PAGKAKAISA NG MGA KABABAIHAN PARA SA KAUNLARANG ITATAGUYOD SA NUEVA ECIJA, INC., is hereby SET ASIDE.
