O R D E R Acting on the Urgent Motion For Time (To Submit Mayor's Permit/Business License) dated October 31, 2007 filed by the Counsel for the petitioner in the above-entitled case, and finding the allegations contained therein worthy of merit, the same is hereby GRANTED. Accordingly, petitioner is hereby given an additional period of thirty (30) days from January 2, 2008 or until February 1, 2008 within which to submit the Mayor's Permit or Business License for 2008.
