FOR : Setting Aside Order of Revocation of Certificate of Incorporation ORDER After a careful consideration of the matter on hand, the Commission is of the belief and so holds that the Motion for Extension of Time to Comply with the Order dated 07 June 2012, for the submission of the 2012 Mayor's/Business Permit is meritorious. WHEREFORE, premises considered, the instant Motion is hereby Granted. The petitioner is directed to submit the 2012 Mayor's/Business Permit not later than 12 October 2012.
