GN093-000176 FOR : Setting Aside the Order of Revocation of the Certificate of Registration O R D E R Petitioner, ECUMENICAL CENTER PRE-SCHOOL OF ZAMBOANGA CITY (ECPSZC), INC., is a non-stock corporation registered with the Commission on 23 November 1993, under SEC Registration No. GN093-000176, with principal office address at #27 T.A. Castillo Road (formerly Moret Road) Baliwasan, Zamboanga City. DISHEA On 3 November 2003, its Certificate of Registration was revoked by the Commission, by virtue of SEC Order dated 30 September 2003, published on 4 October 2004 in the Philippine Daily Inquirer, for non-filing of reports. Petitioner now prays for the setting aside of the Order of Revocation dated 30 September 2003, on the ground that it teaches the young children in the community the basic knowledge they need in preparation for their formal education which shall be put into jeopardy if the Commission's Order of Revocation is not set aside. In support of its Petition, Petitioner submitted the following documents: * 1. Photocopy of its 2007 Annual Income Tax Return, received on February 27, 2008 by the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Revenue District Office No. 93, Zamboanga City; 2. Trustees' Certificate dated 30 April 2008 certifying that at the regular meeting of the members and the Board of Trustees, held on 5 April 2008, at the kindergarten room, Ecumenical Center Pre-School of Zamboanga City, at which a quorum was present, the resolution allowing the filing of the Petition to Set Aside Order of Revocation was unanimously approved; and 3. Photocopy of Petitioner's Official Receipts Nos. 0572 and 0580 issued to Caliolio, Jau Michael on 18 June 2007, and to Reem Guada Lee on 4 July 2007, as payment for Tuition and Matriculation Fees. Petitioner submitted its 2007 General Information Sheet and 2007 Financial Statements to prove its intention to continue its registration with the Commission. Petitioner also manifested that it has no intention to violate the law and that it commits to immediately pay the fines as due. On 14 May 2008, Petitioner paid the fine of Php11,250.00, the amount assessed by the Zamboanga Extension Office, under Official Receipt No. 5508856, for non/late filing/registration of the following, on the years indicated hereunder: Requirements Not Filed Filed Late General Information Sheet 1996-2006 2007 Financial Statements 1996-2006 Membership Book Registered late WHEREFORE, finding the submitted documents sufficient to establish Petitioner's intent to continue as a going concern entity, the Order of the Commission dated 30 September 2003, revoking the Certificate of Registration of the ECUMENICAL CENTER PRE-SCHOOL OF ZAMBOANGA CITY (ECPSZC), INC., is hereby SET ASIDE. CIAHDT Further Petitioner is directed to submit its 2008 Mayor's Permit within thirty days (30) from date of receipt hereof.
