April 29, 2010 SEC EN BANC CASE NO. 013 IN THE MATTER OF INTERNATIONAL CONTAINER TERMINAL SERVICES, INC. , appellant . RESOLUTION For consideration is the appeal filed by International Container Terminal Services Inc. ("ICTSI") on March 11, 2005, regarding the Letter of Corporation Finance Department dated February 7, 2005, assessing ICTSI a fine of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE PESOS AND 81/100 (P263,753.81), for the late filing of its current report (SEC Form 17-C). Considering that on 16 April 2010, Appellant paid the penalty in the amount of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE PESOS AND 81/100 (P263,753.81), evidenced by official receipt number 0408855, dismissal of the appeal is warranted.
