FOR: LIFTING OF ORDER OF REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION O R D E R This refers to the Petition to Lift Order of Revocation filed by Silanganan Building Association, Inc. ("Petitioner"). On 02 May 2007, the Commission issued an Order directing petitioner to submit documents proving its operation and to pay the assessed penalty of Thirty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P34,500.00) within fifteen (15) days from date of receipt of the Order. Petitioner failed to comply with the Order. Petitioner's failure to comply with the Order for almost ten (10) months shows its lack of interest to pursue its petition. WHEREFORE, premises considered, the instant Petition is hereby DISMISSED for lack of merit and for failure to comply with the Order dated 02 May 2007. Let a copy of this Order be furnished the Company Registration and Monitoring Department (CRMD) and the Economic Research and Information Department (ERID) of this Commission for their appropriate action.
