2022 ENFORCEMENT AND INVESTOR PROTECTION DEPARTMENT TO : All SEC Registered Non-Stock Corporations NOTICE The Securities and Exchange Commission invites you to a free webinar entitled, "PROTECTING NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS (NPOs) FROM MONEY LAUNDERING AND TERRORIST FINANCING ABUSE" which will be conducted via Zoom on 27 October 2022 from 1:30pm to 4:00pm . The webinar aims to provide knowledge and/or improve the participants' understanding of the following: 1. MC No. 25, Series of 2019 2019 Guidelines for the Protection of SEC Registered Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) from Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Abuse ("2019 NPO Guidelines"); 2. Results of the 2021 NPO Sectoral Risk Assessment; and 3. The Concept of Beneficial Ownership. Pre-registration to the webinar is required and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
