2023 ENFORCEMENT AND INVESTOR PROTECTION DEPARTMENT TO : All SEC Registered Stock and Non-Stock Corporations Which are Required to Submit the General Information Sheet (GIS) NOTICE The Securities and Exchange Commission will be conducting a webinar for officers and directors of Stock and Non-Stock Corporations which are required to submit the General Information Sheet (GIS). The said webinar is part of the Commission's OUTREACH PROGRAM to provide knowledge and understanding of the following SEC Regulations on Beneficial Ownership: 1. SEC MC 15, Series of 2019 (2019 Revision of the GIS) 2. SEC MC 30, Series of 2020 (Revision of the GIS of Foreign Corporations to Include BO Information) 3. SEC MC 10, Series of 2022 (Amendments to the 2019 Revision of the GIS Increasing the Penalties and Imposing Additional Non-Financial Penalties and Providing Further Guidelines for Submission) Pre-registration to the webinar is required and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
