2019 ENFORCEMENT AND INVESTOR PROTECTION DEPARTMENT NOTICE TO ALL NON-STOCK CORPORATIONS Please be informed that the deadline for the submission of the Mandatory Disclosure Forms for Non-Stock Corporations/Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) as required under SEC Memorandum Circular No. 15, series of 2018 has been moved to 31 July 2019 pursuant to the Commission En Banc Resolution on 25 April 2019.
