2021 ENFORCEMENT AND INVESTOR PROTECTION DEPARTMENT NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC The Securities and Exchange Commission invites you to a webinar on the Overview of the Results of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (ML/TF) Risk Assessment of the Financing Companies and Lending Companies (FCs/LCs) Sector and the Beneficial Ownership (BO) Transparency Guidelines to inform and increase your awareness on ML/TF risks associated with the FCs/LCs Sector and the recent guidelines of the Commission on the disclosure by nominee directors/trustees/shareholders of their principals and other measures to promote BO transparency.
