2020 ENFORCEMENT AND INVESTOR PROTECTION DEPARTMENT TO : All SEC Registered Stock and Non-Stock Corporations NOTICE The Commission will be conducting a webinar for responsible officers and directors of Stock and Non-Stock Corporations as part of its OUTREACH PROGRAM to increase their understanding of the concept of Beneficial Ownership and the requirement to disclose Beneficial Ownership Information in the General Information Sheet (GIS). Details are as follows: aScITE Date Time Topic 18 November 2020 (Wednesday) 1:30PM-4:30PM Beneficial Ownership Due to limited slots, only one (1) participant per corporation will be accommodated . Pre-registration is required. Attendance is on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
