JAPHON CANLAS . For the information of the public, PERFX SOLUTION CORPORATION and TRADING BASKET/TRADING PHILIPPINES are not registered with the Commission as a corporation or partnership nor is it authorized to solicit investments from the public since it has not secured prior registration and/or license from the Commission as prescribed under Sections 8 and 28 of the Securities Regulation Code. Also, the Commission reiterates that an Advisory has already been issued against TRADING CARTEL wherein their investment scheme allegedly involves the offering and selling of securities without securing prior registration and/or license to solicit investments from the Commission as prescribed under Section 8 of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
