July 28, 2015 ENFORCEMENT AND INVESTOR PROTECTION DEPARTMENT SEC ADVISORY The public is informed that is not authorized to solicit investments from the public. On 13 July 2015, the Corporate Governance and Finance Department of the Securities and Exchange Commission issued a Certification that MUTUAL UNIVERSE CORPORATION has not been issued a secondary license or "is not a registered issuer of mutual funds including exchange traded funds, membership certificates, time shares and unlisted securities under Section 17.2 of the Securities Regulation Code and therefore not licensed to offer or issue such securities to the public." Under the scheme, the investor shall infuse an initial capital of P7,499.00 with a potential income of P40,000.00 to P120,000.00 . Note that the posted Terms and Conditions indicates a Premium Package-Earning Disclaimer containing the lack of assurance in the venture which is evident in the following statements: "earnings and income statements are estimates only of what you think you can possibly earn" "there is no guarantee that you will make these levels of income" "there is no guarantee[s] concerning the level of success" "there is no assurance that examples of past earnings can be duplicated in the future" Consequently, the public is therefore warned to take necessary precautions before parting away with his money. Those who invite or recruit other people to join or to invest in the venture or offer investment contracts or securities to the public may be held criminally liable or accordingly sanctioned or penalized.
