April 30, 2020 ENFORCEMENT AND INVESTOR PROTECTION DEPARTMENT SEC ADVISORY The Securities and Exchange Commission ("Commission") has received information that individuals or group of persons representing "IELEV8 NETWORK" and "IELEV8 HEALTH AND WELLNESS CO." operated by a certain MARK JASON ALACAPA is offering online-investment opportunities. Per record of the Commission, IELEV8 NETWORK is not registered in the Commission's database as a corporation or partnership. On the other hand, IELEV8 HEALTH AND WELLNESS CO. is a registered partnership with SEC Registration No. PG202051360 issued on 5 March 2020 . Both IELEV8 NETWORK and IELEV8 HEALTH AND WELLNESS CO. is not authorized to solicit investment from the public as the above-mentioned entity did not secure prior registration and/or license to solicit investment from the Commission as prescribed under Section 8 of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Based on information gathered by the Commission, in order to become a member, depending on the package availed of, one must pay an amount ranging from not less than 1,500 to 10,500 pesos , and promises a potential income ranging from 2,500 daily income to 225,000 monthly income thru selling Lean-C capsules and Detoxifier Herbal Milk Tea . There are different ways to earn in IELEV8 NETWORK and IELEV8 HEALTH AND WELLNESS CO. Ways to Earn IELEV8 NETWORK IELEV8 HEALTH AND WELLNESS CO. 1. Direct Selling A member can make 30% to 40% retail profits from product sales. A member can make 35% profits selling price. 2. Referral For every 10 Point Value (PV), the member will get P100.00. Referral reward depends on the package availed by the new distributor. For every package sold, the member will get P200.00. 3. Incentive Reward For member upgrade, for every P50 pesos, a member shall get 2 rewards point. Offers car down payment + 2 months subsidy or gadgets depending on the pairing reached. 4. Match Sale Bonus/Pairing Bonus/Geneology Sales For every 10 pairs (left and right) a pairing value bonus amounting to P250 shall be given on the 1st to 10th pairs and succeeding pairs is P200. Earn 1,500 to 2,000 for every matched points (left and right sales group). P1,500 shall be given on the 1st to 20th pairs and succeeding pairs up to 35th pair is P2,000. Maximum income is 3 pairs per day or 6,000 per day. 5. Builder Bonus or Leadership Bonus The member can get 8% to 15% from total binary income of all your direct referral. 6. Uni-Cycle Bonus or group repeat purchase A combination of uni-level and matrix cycle (sponsor based). Unlimited Reward or bonus ranging from P10 to 1,300. 7.
