January 6, 2021 ENFORCEMENT AND INVESTOR PROTECTION DEPARTMENT SEC ADVISORY The Securities and Exchange Commission ("Commission") has received information that individuals or group of persons representing TRUST LEGACY INTERNATIONAL/TRUST LEGACY INTERNATION/TRUST LEGACY INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY PH have been soliciting investments from the public. Based on information gathered by the Commission, TRUST LEGACY INTERNATIONAL/TRUST LEGACY INTERNATION/TRUST LEGACY INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY PH claims to be an automatic online investment platform engaged in Bitcoin Trading with its so-called " BITCOIN DOUBLER " and " DAILY BITCOIN " program where depending on the amount of investment ranging from $20 up to $20,000, guarantees 200% revenue after 35 or 100 days or an amount ranging from $40 up to $40,000.00 . It even claims based on its Financial Projection that investors can earn per-day earnings of $0.30 up to $300.00, 5-day earnings of $1.50 up to $1,500.00, and 35-day earnings of $10.50 up to $30,500.00 in purely passive income. Trust Legacy International declares that it is based in Finland and was founded on January 2021. Investigation disclosed that investors are instructed to deposit their money in an account under UNIONBANK and GCASH of a certain John Paul Atos, a.k.a. "Mentor John" and to register in its www.trustlegacyintl.com which was now changed to https://trustlegacyintl.net/acct/ . The investment schemes of TRUST LEGACY INTERNATIONAL through its " BITCOIN DOUBLER " and " DAILY BITCOIN " program are classified as securities in the form of investment contracts which are mandated by Republic Act No. 8799 or the Securities Regulation Code of the Philippines to be registered with the Commission before these securities are offered to the public. TRUST LEGACY INTERNATIONAL/TRUST LEGACY INTERNATION/TRUST LEGACY INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY PH is not registered with the Commission as a corporation or partnership and is NOT AUTHORIZED TO SOLICIT INVESTMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC as it did not secure prior registration and/or license to solicit investments from the Commission as prescribed under Section 8 of the Securities Regulation Code. TRUST LEGACY INTERNATIONAL/TRUST LEGACY INTERNATION/TRUST LEGACY INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY PH is NOT REGISTERED as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) NOR DOES IT HAVE A CORRESPONDING CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY as a Money Service Business (MSB) required under the Guidelines for Virtual Asset Service Providers (BSP Circular No. 1108, Series of 2021). Likewise, its name DOES NOT APPEAR among those listed as registered MSBs as of January 2021 with the Anti-Money Laundering Council under the Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended . Accordingly, those who invite or recruit other people to join or invest in this venture or offer investment contracts or securities to the public may be held criminally liable under Section 28 of the SRC penalized with a maximum fine of Five Million Pesos (P5,000,000.00) or imprisonment of Twenty One (21) years or both pursuant to Section 73 of the SRC (SEC vs. Oudine Santos G.R. No. 195542, 19 March 2014) . Thus, in dealing with these unregistered entities, the Commission reiterates its Advisory entitled: "Dealing with Non-Registered Foreign Entities Organizations and Corporations" with link address at https://www.sec.gov.ph/advisories-2021/sec-advisory-against-dealing-with-non-registered-foreign-entities-organizations-and-corporations/ . In view thereof, the public is hereby advised to exercise caution before investing in these kinds of activities and to take the necessary precautions in dealing with TRUST LEGACY INTERNATIONAL/TRUST LEGACY INTERNATION/TRUST LEGACY INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY PH and its representatives. In view thereof, the public is further advised NOT TO INVEST or TO STOP INVESTING in any investment scheme being offered by aforesaid entities/individuals.
