February 22, 2024 ENFORCEMENT AND INVESTOR PROTECTION DEPARTMENT SEC ADVISORY This is to inform the public that PLOUTOS n and the individuals offering investments under its name are NOT AUTHORIZED TO SOLICIT INVESTMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC. HTcADC This Advisory was prompted by reports received and information gathered by the Commission that individuals or group of persons behind PLOUTOS same proponents of an entity called REVEAL/REVEAL MARKETING/REVEAL MARKETING PH/REVEAL MARKETING TEAM PH, which was earlier subject of the Commission's Advisory, led by WILLYN MORLA and LADY LYN SINFUEGO , is representing itself to the public through social media 1 to be engaged in an investment scheme almost identical to REVEAL'S "SHAREHOLDER PROGRAM." As posted on its Facebook Page, 2 PLOUTOS claims to be an INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY. Its investment scheme includes a "shareholder's program" which offers two different modes wherein the public can purchase 'shares' and expect a corresponding profit depending on the type of share they choose. CAIHTE The investment opportunity being offered by PLOTOUS is a form of securities as the elements of investment contract are present in its investment offerings. PLOTOUS' shareholder program intends to entice the public to invest in them by offering different types of shares from the STARTER PLAN share and an ADVANCED PLAN share. 1. STARTER PLAN 40% in 10 days with a minimum purchase of Php1,000.00 2. ADVANCED PLAN 100% in 20 days with a minimum purchase of Php1,000.00 PLOUTOS also has a jump page 3 for registration to its customer dashboard wherein the public is instructed to deposit their "top ups" to the different bank accounts of LADY LYN SINFUEGO . The public supposedly only has to wait for 10 or 20 days depending on the plan that they have chosen and earn dividends on the 'shares' and withdraw the earnings through the same platform. aScITE The records of the Commission show that PLOUTOS is NOT a registered corporation, it is not authorized to solicit investments from the public . It has not secured prior registration and/or license from the Commission as prescribed under Sections 8 and 28 of the Securities Regulation Code (SRC). Moreover, PLOUTOS' scheme of offering untrue investment opportunity to the public constitute fraudulent transactions in violation of Section 26 of the Securities Regulation Code and Section 11 of the Financial Products and Services Consumer Protection Act (FCPA). DETACa Further, the Financial Products and Services Consumer Protection Act (FCPA)specifically provides that any form of deceptive solicitation such as offering or selling of investment scheme from the public without a secondary license or permit from the Commission constitute investment fraud and is an unlawful activity in violation of Section 11 of the said Act. Accordingly, the Commission warns all unscrupulous individuals and/or entities that strict penalties are imposed for violations of the Securities Regulation Code and the Financial Products and Services Consumer Protection Act (FCPA)and such other laws, rules and regulations enforced by the Commission. Those who act as salesmen, brokers, dealers or agents of PLOUTOS in selling or convincing people to invest in what appears to be an investment scheme being offered by said entity including solicitations and recruitment through the internet may be prosecuted and held criminally liable under Section 28 of the SRC and Section 11 of the FCPA and both penalized with a maximum fine of Five Million pesos (Php5,000,000.00) or penalty of Twenty-one (21) years of imprisonment or both pursuant to Section 73 of the SRC . In view thereof, the public is advised NOT TO INVEST or STOP INVESTING in any investment scheme being offered by PLOTOUS as well as in other entities having the same or similar schemes and to exercise caution in dealing with any individuals or group of persons soliciting investments or recruiting investors for and on behalf of PLOTOUS .
