May 5, 2020 ENFORCEMENT AND INVESTOR PROTECTION DEPARTMENT SEC ADVISORY The Securities and Exchange Commission has received information that individuals or group of persons representing XTREME HOUSE OF BEAUTY TRADING CORPORATION ("XTREME" for brevity) , are offering investments opportunities to the public through Facebook and YouTube. Based on information gathered by the Commission, the entry packages for the marketing plan of XTREME are: 1) SSS Package Php1,888.00 SSS package is for Students, Seniors and Special Cases which includes: Direct referral bonus Php150 Sales match bonus Php500 Maximum income is Php6,000 per day or 12 paired points Binary Capping is at 15k Binary Points 0.25 points 5th Pair Bonus 30% discount on all products 2) Bronze Package Php6,888.00 The bronze package includes: Direct referral bonus Php500 Sales match bonus equivalent to 1 point or Php3,000 Maximum potential income worth Php55,000 2k worth of products Fundamentals of e-commerce worth 5k 30% discount on all products 100k accident death insurance Discounts in all tie up merchants 3) Silver Package Php14,888.00 The silver package includes: Direct referral bonus Php1,500 Sales match bonus equivalent to 2 points or Php6,000 Maximum potential income worth Php150,000 5k worth of products E-commerce training workshop worth 10k 30% discounts on all products 100k accident death insurance Discounts in all tie up merchants 4) Gold Package Php28,888.00 The gold package includes: Direct referral bonus Php5,000 Sales match bonus equivalent to 3 points or Php9,000 Maximum potential income worth 300,000 9k worth of products E-commerce training workshop worth 20k 30% discount on all products 100k accident death insurance Discounts in all tie up merchants Xtreme Incentives Apart from the abovementioned packages, XTREME has just recently offered to the public two entry packages worth Php1,588 and Php1,988, respectively, and promised "DOUBLE YOUR MONEY IN 30 DAYS" to investors who availed of any of the two packages. Accordingly, XTREME lures the public to invest in their scheme through referral system designed to encourage its members to recruit others in order to earn income. XTREME claims to be registered with the Commission as a Corporation with SEC Company Registration Number: CS20200000956 and its certificate of incorporation was purportedly issued on 06 March 2020 by the Commission. The public is informed that the issuance of a certificate of incorporation only grants the said corporation a juridical personality but does not constitute an authority or license for the corporation to engage in activities that require a secondary license from the SEC. Consequently, the Commission encourages the public to be prudent in making or placing their monies on these entities especially during this pandemic. The public is advised NOT TO INVEST or STOP INVESTING in any investment scheme being offered by any individual or group of persons allegedly for and in behalf of XTREME and to exercise caution in dealing with any individuals or group of persons soliciting investments for and on behalf of said entity. Those who invite or recruit other people to join or invest in this venture or offer investment contracts or securities to the public may be held criminally liable or accordingly sanctioned or penalized in accordance with the Supreme Court decision in the case of SEC vs. Oudine Santos (G.R. No. 195542, March 19, 2014). Everyone is reminded that aside from the strict penalties imposed by the Commission for violations of the Securities Regulation Code, the Revised Corporation Code, and such other rules and regulations it enforces, the Bayanihan to Heal as One Act (Republic Act No. 11469) also punishes those participating in cyber incidents that make use or take advantage of the current crisis situation to prey on the public through scams, phishing, fraudulent emails, or other similar acts .
