April 24, 2020 ENFORCEMENT AND INVESTOR PROTECTION DEPARTMENT SEC ADVISORY On 21 April 2020 an Advisory was issued by the Commission against MY PROFIT ROBOT (MPR) for engaging in unauthorized investment taking activities. As stated in the said Advisory, MPR is NOT REGISTERED as a corporation or partnership and has NO SECONDARY LICENSE to solicit, accept or take investments/placements from the public nor to issue investment contracts and other forms of securities defined under Section 3 of the Securities Regulation Code (SRC) . Further, reports received by the Commission after posting of said Advisory has identified one AIZA MERCADO as promoting MPR as shown in the following posts: Thus, the public is further advised NOT TO INVEST or STOP INVESTING in any scheme offered by these persons acting as salesmen, brokers, dealers or agents of such unauthorized entities in selling or convincing people to invest in their investment scheme offered including solicitations and recruitment through the internet without any license from the Commission to do the same.
