May 29, 2015 ENFORCEMENT AND INVESTOR PROTECTION DEPARTMENT SEC ADVISORY The Securities and Exchange Commission has received information that "ANG BAGONG LAHING FILIPINO DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION, INC." has been continuously operating its business under SEC Registration Number A200200833. TIADCc The public is hereby informed that "ANG BAGONG LAHING FILIPINO DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION, INC." is NOT REGISTERED with the Commission, either as a partnership or a corporation, as of 3 July 2008. Its Certificate of Registration was revoked per SEC Order dated 3 July 2008 for serious misrepresentation as to what the corporation can do or is doing to the great prejudice of or damage to the general public. Likewise, such entity is not authorized to solicit investments from the public as it did not secure prior registration and/or license or permit to solicit investments from the Commission as required under Section 8.1 of the Securities Regulation Code. Moreover, the corporate names "ANG BAGONG LAHING F ILIPINO DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION, INC." and "ANG BAGONG LAHING P ILIPINO DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION, INC." refer to one and the same entity. The Foundation is allegedly located at 2nd Floor EMF Building, 7426 Santillan St., Pio Del Pilar, Makati and likewise allegedly operating in some other places. The programs being carried out by the Foundation in order to entice the public are as follows: 1. Land for the Landless, Home for the Homeless; 2. Educational Scholarship; and 3. Issuance of POSSESSORY DOCUMENTS in lieu of Certificates of Title. In view thereof, the public is hereby advised to take the necessary precautions in dealing with the above-named entity. AIDSTE
