Paul Amores Bauzon Rosales thru SEYMOURE PAUL CONCEPTUALIZED PIGGERY FARMING/SPC PIGGERY FARMING/SEYMOURE PIGGERY FARM is offering investments in the guise of selling of piglets amounting to Php6,000.00 which would earn 50% profit after 130 days . As the above described scheme of PAUL AMORES BAUZON ROSALES thru SEYMOURE PAUL CONCEPTUALIZED PIGGERY FARMING/SPC PIGGERY FARMING/SEYMOURE PIGGERY FARM involves the offering and sale of securities to the public, the Securities Regulation Code (SRC) requires that these securities are duly registered and that the concerned company and/or any of its agents must have the appropriate registration and/or license to sell such securities to the public pursuant to Section 8 of the SRC. SEYMOURE PAUL CONCEPTUALIZED PIGGERY FARMING/SPC PIGGERY FARMING/SEYMOURE PIGGERY FARM is not registered with the Commission.
