March 14, 2023 ENFORCEMENT AND INVESTOR PROTECTION DEPARTMENT SEC ADVISORY The Securities and Exchange Commission ("Commission") has received information that individuals or group of persons representing PHILIPPINES FIRST CIRCLE MICRO LOAN CO. LTD. and EASY LOAN FINANCE CORP. have been engaging in lending and financing activities without prior registration and Certificate of Authority from the Commission to engage in said activities. Based on the records of the Commission, PHILIPPINES FIRST CIRCLE MICRO LOAN CO. LTD. and EASY LOAN FINANCE CORP. are not registered as a corporation, partnership or one person corporation (OPC). It also appears that PHILIPPINES FIRST CIRCLE MICRO LOAN CO. LTD. and EASY LOAN FINANCE CORP. are misrepresenting themselves as FIRST CIRCLE GROWTH FINANCE CORPORATION , a different corporation which is registered with the Commission with a Certificate of Authority (CA) to engage in lending/financing activities. Based on information received by the Commission, PHILIPPINES FIRST CIRCLE MICRO LOAN CO. LTD. and EASY LOAN FINANCE CORP. are victimizing the public through a scheme called ADVANCE FEE LOAN SCAM.
