October 19, 2021 ENFORCEMENT AND INVESTOR PROTECTION DEPARTMENT SEC ADVISORY Based on the information gathered by the Commission, a number of individuals or group of persons claiming to represent MCM ROYALTY LEGACY INTERNATIONAL, INC./ROYALTY LEGACY INTERNATIONAL, INC. headed by MARY CHILES TALAMAYAN MENDOZA and JAMES CATIMBAG SABENECIO , are enticing the public to invest their money in said entity. MARY CHILES TALAMAYAN MENDOZA is an incorporator, director, stockholder, and treasurer of Yeheey iTraffic System, Inc. , the subject of an SEC Advisory issued on August 2018, whose Certificate of Registration was revoked by the Commission on 4 April 2019 for serious misrepresentation as to what it can do or is doing to the great prejudice of and damage to the general public for its "paid-to-click" program. She was also involved in entities like Pays Up Online Marketing Business and Pays-UpGen Marketing Business Unlimited which likewise became the subject of an SEC Advisory on 27 September 2019. 1 MCM ROYALTY LEGACY INTERNATIONAL, INC./ROYALTY LEGACY INTERNATIONAL, INC. is enticing the public to join with just P1,000.00 in order to own/franchise the following business services: travel & tours (ticketing), bills payment, e-loading services & Wellness Products which will be registered in the name of the investor. Notably, investors may avail of up to 15 accounts per name. As posted, an individual who was convinced to join the company can earn by choosing from the four (4) types of packages it offers, namely: STARTER, BUILDER, ELITE AND EXECUTIVE . Hereunder are the company's ways to earn: Through PASSIVE INCOME Guaranteed P1,000 investment earns P3,000.00 in 15 days even without invites: 1. Also, those who invite or recruit others to join or invest in such venture or offer investment contracts or securities to the public may incur criminal liability, or otherwise be sanctioned or penalized accordingly as held by the Supreme Court in the case of Securities and Exchange Commission vs. Oudine Santos (G.R. No. 195542, 19 March 2014). Further, the names of all those involved will be reported to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) so that the appropriate penalties and/or taxes be correspondingly assessed.
