July 13, 2017 ENFORCEMENT AND INVESTOR PROTECTION DEPARTMENT SEC ADVISORY XTRADE.COM The Securities and Exchange Commission received information that a Filipino investor accessed and invested money in XTRADE.COM . XTRADE.COM is an electronic trading platform in securities such as Contracts for Difference (CFD), Indices, Commodities, Forex, Shares, Exchange Traded Funds and Bonds. For the information of the general public, XTRADE.COM is NOT REGISTERED with SEC as a corporation or as a partnership. Further, it has NO LICENSE to issue or sell securities in the Philippines, including those mentioned above, as required by Sections 8 and 12 of the Securities Regulation Code. Consequently, XTRADE.COM and its officers, salesmen and agents are NOT ALLOWED BY LAW to OFFER and/or SELL securities in the Philippines or to perform any similar acts, whether online or not.
