April 8, 2014 SEC CRMD IN THE MATTER OF MANAGEMENT CENTER & RESOURCES GROUP, INC. SEC Registration No. 41422 ORDER WHEREAS, on 27 May 2003, the Commission issued an Order revoking the Certificate of Incorporation of corporations registered in the years 1967-1975 for non-filing of its General Information Sheet and Financial Statements for the years 1997-2002. WHEREAS, MANAGEMENT CENTER & RESOURCE GROUP, INC. (the Corporation for brevity) which was registered with the Commission on 07 June 1970, filed among others, its 2001 General Information Sheet and has paid the fines for violation of the Commission's reportorial requirements on 24 March 2014. Considering the Corporation's submission of 2001 General Information Sheet, it should not have been included in the Revocation Order dated 27 May 2003. WHEREFORE, premises considered the status of MANAGEMENT CENTER & RESOURCES GROUP, INC. shall be changed from "revoked" to "registered" in the Commission's database. SO ORDERED.
