April 8, 2014 SEC CRMD IN THE MATTER OF MINISTER PROVINCIAL OF THE FRANCISCAN PHILIPPINE PROVINCE OF SAN PEDRO BAUTISTA, INC. SEC Registration No. 816 ORDER WHEREAS, on 22 April 2003, the Commission issued an Order revoking the Certificate of Incorporation of corporations registered in the years 1936-1975 for non-filing of its General Information Sheet and Financial Statements for the years 1997-2002. WHEREAS, Minister Provincial of the Franciscan Philippine Province of San Pedro Bautista, Inc. (Corporation Sole for brevity) registered with the Commission on 16 November 1945 failed to file any reports, hence its Certificate of Incorporation was revoked on 26 May 2003. WHEREAS, on 20 March 2014, the Corporation Sole filed an affidavit attesting that it does not generate income and its only property consists of the church premises such as convents, rectories, cemeteries for the religious and bank deposits and shares of stock. Considering its manifestation and pursuant to the resolution of the Commission en banc in its meeting of 01 April 2004, Minister Provincial of the Franciscan Philippine Province of San Pedro Bautista, Inc. is not required from filing the reportorial requirements with the Commission. ETaSDc WHEREFORE, premises considered the status of Minister Provincial of the Franciscan Philippine Province of San Pedro Bautista, Inc. shall be changed from "revoked" to "registered" in the Commission's database.
