July 28, 2014 SEC CRMD IN THE MATTER OF FULCHER REALTY CORPORATION SEC Registration No. 0200000734 ORDER WHEREAS, on 27 June 2006, the Commission issued an Order revoking the Certificate of Incorporation of corporations registered on 2000 for non-filing of its General Information Sheet and Financial Statements for the years 2001-2005. WHEREAS, FULCHER REALTY CORPORATION (the Corporation for brevity) which was registered with the Commission on 19 July 2000, paid the penalties thereon on 20 July 2006 prior to the finality of the said Order. In view of the foregoing, it should not have been included in the Revocation Order dated 27 June 2006. WHEREFORE, premises considered the status of FULCHER REALTY CORPORATION shall be changed from "revoked" to "registered" in the Commission's database. SO ORDERED. Mandaluyong City.
