SEC Registration No. 0000176827 ORDER WHEREAS, on 20 August 2003 , the Commission issued an Order revoking the Certificate of Incorporation of corporations registered in the years 1985-1991 for non-filing of its General Information Sheet and Financial Statements for the years 1997-2002 . WHEREAS, PHIL. CULTURAL & TECHNICAL ASSN. OF RETURNED OVERSEAS SCHOLARS, INC. (the Corporation for brevity) which was registered with the Commission on 09 May 1990 , filed among others, its 2000 General Information Sheet on 23 June 2000. Considering the Corporation's submission of 2000 General Information Sheet, it is not deemed included in the Revocation Order dated 20 August 2003 . WHEREFORE, premises considered the status of PHIL. CULTURAL & TECHNICAL ASSN. OF RETURNED OVERSEAS SCHOLARS, INC. has been changed from "revoked" to "registered" in the Commission's database. Let a copy of this ORDER be attached to the subject corporate records on file with the Commission and the Compliance Monitoring Division is hereby directed to change the status from Revoked to Registered.
