July 31, 2014 SEC CRMD IN THE MATTER OF DATA CENTER (PHIL.) OF CANDON, ILOCOS SUR, INC. SEC Registration No. BNO92-000379 ORDER WHEREAS, on 30 September 2003, the Commission issued an Order revoking the Certificate of Incorporation of corporations registered in the years 1992-1995 for non-filing of its General Information Sheet and Financial Statements for the years 1997-2002. WHEREAS, DATA CENTER (PHIL.) OF CANDON, ILOCOS SUR, INC. (the Corporation for brevity) which was registered with the Commission on 16 September 1992, filed among others, its 1998-2002 General Information Sheets. Considering the Corporation's submission of 1998-2002 General Information Sheets, it should not have been included in the Revocation Order dated 30 September 2003. WHEREFORE, premises considered the status of DATA CENTER (PHIL.) OF CANDON, ILOCOS SUR, INC. shall be changed from "revoked" to "registered" in the Commission's database. SO ORDERED.
