July 21, 2014 SEC CRMD IN THE MATTER OF ESYL CONSTRUCTION, INC. SEC Registration No. AS93008694 ORDER WHEREAS, on 30 September 2003 , the Commission issued an Order revoking the Certificate of Incorporation of corporations registered in the years 1992-1995 for non-filing of General Information Sheet and Financial Statements for the years 1997-2002 . WHEREAS, ESYL CONSTRUCTION, INC. (the Corporation for brevity) which was registered with the Commission on 08 November 1993 , filed among others, its 2002 Financial Statements on 30 April 2003 . Considering the Corporation's submission of 2002 Financial Statements, it is not deemed included in the Revocation Order dated 30 September 2003 . WHEREFORE, premises considered, the status of ESYL CONSTRUCTION, INC. has been changed from "revoked" to "registered" in the Commission's database. Let a copy of this ORDER be attached to the subject corporate records on file with the Commission and the Compliance Monitoring Division is hereby directed to change the status from Revoked to Registered.
