A200012529 FOR : Setting Aside Order of Revocation of Certificate of Registration O R D E R Petitioner, BEAUMONT HOLDING CORP., is a stock corporation registered with the Commission on October 12, 2000 under SEC Registration No. A200012529, with principal office address at #91 Gen. Luna, San Agustin St., Malabon. On August 02, 2006, its Certificate of Registration was revoked by virtue of SEC Order dated June 27, 2006 which was published on July 03, 2006 in the Philippine Star, for non-filing of reports. Petitioner now prays for the setting aside of the Order of Revocation dated June 27, 2006, on the following grounds: 1. that Petitioner has no operation from 2000 to 2004, however, it commenced its operation in 2005 up to present; 2. that it has no intention to violate the law or any SEC rules and regulations; and 3. that it shall henceforth submit reportorial requirements religiously. ACDTcE In support of its Petition, Petitioner submitted the following documents: 1 1. Photocopy of 2008 Business Permit, City of Manila; 2. Directors' Certificate dated July 08, 2008, certifying that at the regular meeting of stockholders and directors held on February 28, 2008 at which a quorum was present, the resolution allowing the filing of Petition to Set Aside the Order of Revocation was approved; 3. Photocopy of Tax Amnesty Payment Form received by the Bureau of Internal Revenue on April 21, 2008; and ICcaST 4. Photocopy each of the Contract of Lease with lessees Parole and Probation Administration and Public Attorney's Office; National Capital Region, both signed on January 25, 2005, for an apartment unit situated in Malabon City. Petitioner submitted its 2008 General Information Sheet and 2007 Financial Statements to prove its intention to continue its registration with the Commission. It also commits to immediately pay the fines as due. On December 11, 2008, the Petitioner paid the fine of PhP8,000.00 under O.R. No. 0240684, for non/late filing/registration of the following, on the years indicated hereunder: TDCcAE REQUIREMENTS NOT FILED FILED LATE General Information Sheet 2001-2007 2008 Financial Statements 2001-2006 Stock and Transfer Book Registered late WHEREFORE, finding the submitted documents sufficient to establish that Petitioner has been operating since 2005 to present and, its intent to continue as a juridical entity, the Order of the Commission dated June 27, 2006, revoking the Certificate of Registration of BEAUMONT HOLDING CORP., is hereby SET ASIDE.
