April 30, 1998 SEC-CLD * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 05-98 TO : All Concerned FROM : The SEC Chairman SUBJECT : Increase in Fees for Microfilm Reproduction To help defray the increasing administrative cost incurred for microfilm reproduction, the Commission resolved to increase the fees for microfilm copies of documents as follows: Document Plain Authenticated Copy Type Microfilm (Certified True Copy Copy Articles of Incorporation P65 ** P100.00 By-Laws P65 ** P100.00 General Information Sheet P15 ** P30.00 Increase in Capital Stock P30 ** P55.00 Resolution P10 ** P25.00 Secretary Certificate P10 ** P25.00 Board Resolution P10 ** P25.00 Registration Data Sheet P15 ** P25.00 Deed of Assignment P10 ** P25.00 Other documents P5/page plus Reproduction cost P10 per plus P10/ corporation document The certification fee on corporate Filing/Information shall be increase from P100.00 to P200.00.
