June 4, 1982 SEC CIRCULAR NO. 04-82 SUBJECT : Publication of Statement of Assets and Liabilities of Private Stock Corporations In order to effectively carry out the objective of providing information on newly-registered corporations, the Commission finds it proper and necessary to continue publishing statements of assets and liabilities of such corporations. In pursuance of the foregoing and in accordance with the Amended Guidelines in the Formation and Organization of Private Stock Corporations and the Rules on Full Disclosure of Material Information on Securities promulgated by the Commission, statements of assets and liabilities of new corporations shall, upon the filing of its articles of incorporation, be published once in the SEC WEEKLY BULLETIN at the expense of the above-mentioned corporations. The SEC Cashier shall collect the amount of P25.00 to cover the cost of publication. This Circular takes effect immediately. (SGD.) MANUEL G. ABELLO Chairman
