July 16, 2019 SEC-CGFD ORDER NO. 159-19 IN THE MATTER OF: REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY TO OPERATE AS A LENDING COMPANY OF Z.C. BUEN MANO LENDING CORPORATION ORDER OF REVOCATION WHEREAS , the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission") exercises regulatory and supervisory authority over lending companies by virtue of Republic Act No. 9474 or the Lending Company Regulation Act of 2007; HTcADC WHEREAS , Z.C. Buen Mano Lending Corporation failed to comply with the reportorial and other compliance requirements prescribed by the Commission; WHEREFORE , in view of the foregoing and by virtue of the Commission's Resolution dated 4 July 2019, Z.C. Buen Mano Lending Corporation's Certificate of Authority to Operate as a Lending Company is hereby REVOKED .
