ORDER Upon consideration of the Registration Statement and other papers and documents attached thereto which were filed on behalf of ALVIERA COUNTRY CLUB, INC.,the Commission in its meeting of March 26, 2015 resolve to render effective the same for the Offer and Sale of Two Thousand Six Hundred (2,600) Class B No Par Value Shares and Three Hundred (300) Class C No Par Value Shares ,at the Offer Price of up to Php750,000.00 per Class B Offer Share and Php1,150,000.00 per Class C Offer Share with an aggregate price of Php2,295,000,000.00 . EATCcI Let a Certificate of Permit to Offer Securities for Sale be issued in favor of ALVIERA COUNTRY CLUB, INC. authorizing the sale of the aforementioned securities.
