April 8, 2015 SEC-CGFD ORDER NO. 057-15 IN THE MATTER OF THE MONTEMARIA ASIA PILGRIMS, INC. REGISTRATION OF SECURITIES UNDER SECTIONS 8 AND 12 OF THE SECURITIES REGULATION CODE ORDER Upon consideration of the Registration Statement and other papers and documents attached thereto filed on behalf of MONTEMARIA ASIA PILGRIMS, INC. ('Club') , the Commission in its meeting on November 6, 2014 resolved to render effective the same for the registration of the Club's Seven Thousand Five Hundred (7,500) Proprietary Shares and Thirty Thousand (30,000) Associate Shares at the offer price of P100,000.00 and P20,000.00 each respectively. A Certificate of Permit to Offer Securities for Sale in favor of MONTEMARIA ASIA PILGRIMS, INC. authorizing the sale of the above securities is hereby issued with this Order. SO ORDERED.
