October 29, 2013 SEC-CGFD ORDER NO. 048-13 IN THE MATTER OF: ASTORIA VACATION AND LEISURE CLUB, INCORPORATED (OPERATING UNDER THE NAME AND STYLE OF CLUB ASTORIA) ORDER Upon consideration of the Registration Statement and other papers and documents attached thereto which were filed on behalf of ASTORIA VACATION AND LEISURE CLUB, INCORPORATED, the Commission in its meeting of 30 August 2013, resolved to render effective the same covering the registration of Two Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Eight (2,538) Timeshares with an aggregate price of P931,224,600.00 pursuant to Section 12 of the Securities Regulation Code and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
