February 12, 2016 SEC-CGFD ORDER NO. 031-16 IN THE MATTER OF ALTA VISTA GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, INC. ORDER OF SUSPENSION Records of this Commission show that ALTA VISTA GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, INC. failed to comply with the directives of the Commission to transfer the Certificates of Title (TCTs) in its name the pieces of land n on which the Club's facilities are located, despite due notice and hearing and several extensions. The Commission, therefore, in its meeting held on 03 February 2016, resolved to suspend the effectivity of the Club's registration statement and Certificate of Permit to Sell Securities to the Public. In view of the foregoing, the Registration of and Certificate of Permit to Sell Securities to the Public are hereby SUSPENDED until it is able to transfer the TCTs of the subject properties in its name. cSEDTC The Club is reminded that it shall not sell its securities to the public while the effectivity of the registration statement and the Certificate of Permit to Sell Securities to the Public are SUSPENDED. Further, it shall immediately notify the Commission of the status of the transfer of the TCTs in its name within six (6) months from receipt of this Order. Failure to comply with this directive shall result in the initiation of revocation proceedings against the Club's Registration of and Certificate of Permit to Sell Securities to the Public and the imposition of such other administrative sanctions that the Commission deems consistent for the protection of investors.
