May 24, 2022 CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT TO : Publicly Listed Companies (PLCs) SUBJECT : Deadline for Submission of the 2021 Integrated Annual Corporate Governance Report (I-ACGR) NOTICE To facilitate the disclosure of PLCs' compliance with the recommendations provided under the Code of Corporate Governance for PLCs (SEC Memorandum Circular No. 19, Series of 2016) and to harmonize the corporate governance requirements of the Commission and the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), the PLCs are required to submit an I-ACGR every May 30 for each year that the company remains listed in the PSE, pursuant to SEC Memorandum Circular No. 15, Series of 2017. HTcADC Pursuant thereto, the Commission hereby REMINDS all PLCs to submit their respective I-ACGRs on or before 30 May 2022 . Please be guided accordingly.
