Extended Deadline for Integrated Annual Corporate Governance Report (I-ACGR)

May 25, 2021 CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT TO : Publicly Listed Companies (PLCs) SUBJECT : Extended Deadline for Integrated Annual Corporate Governance Report (I-ACGR) NOTICE To facilitate the disclosure of PLCs' compliance with the recommendations provided under the Code of Corporate Governance for PLCs and to harmonize the corporate governance requirements of the Commission and the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), the Commission required PLCs to submit an I-ACGR every May 30 for each year that the company remains listed in the PSE, pursuant to SEC Memorandum Circular No. 15, Series of 2017. However, in recognition of the difficulties that the COVID-19 pandemic and the imposition of the General Community Quarantine may present on the ability of PLCs to timely comply with this requirement, the Commission hereby EXTENDS the deadline for the filing of I-ACGR until 30 June 2021 . The deadline extension shall automatically be applied without the need for a request from covered PLCs. This extension notwithstanding, PLCs are not precluded from submitting their I-ACGR on the original deadline on 30 May 2021. Please be guided accordingly.
