Issuance of clearance/comments for Articles of Incorporation (AOI) and By-Laws and the amendments thereof; 2. Answering queries regarding companies monitored by the CGFD; 3. Pre-evaluation of Registration Statements/Information Statements; 4. Receipt of documents (those required to be filed with the Electronic Records Management Division should still be directly filed with it); and 5. Preparation of Payment Assessment Forms (PAF). Please take note that documents subject to monitoring/review will be transmitted to the assigned processor in our Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) Office.
